“At the beginning of our term, Council set strategic goals to guide both Council decision-making and the day-to-day work town staff do to deliver programs and services to our community. The Strategic Plan Accomplishments Report showcases our community’s collective effort to enhance livability, engage our community of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, inspire public confidence through open, accountable and efficient delivery of government services, improve mobility within the town and protect the environment. I’m proud of the progress we continue to make on keeping Oakville Canada’s most livable community, particularly as we continue to manage the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, while moving forward on priorities that matter most to residents.”
Mayor Rob Burton
