Temporary closure of Oakville downtown parking garage on September 7, 2022
Thursday, September 01, 2022
As part of the routine review and maintenance of the 300 Church St. downtown parking garage that took place in early August, the garage will be temporarily closed for additional structural testing on September 7 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The testing will include drilling and removing of samples of concrete from various sections of the garage.
Visitors are encouraged to use other parking spots available across downtown Oakville. A map with real-time parking information is available on the town's website to help residents find nearby places to park more easily.
The town has made other arrangements to accommodate permit holders during this temporary closure.
