Cannabis update report going to Council February 28, 2022

Council will be receiving an update on Cannabis legislation and will be reviewing its decision to opt-out of allowing cannabis retail stores in Oakville. A staff report will be presented at the Council meeting on February 28 at 6:30 p.m. and will provide an overview of the province’s program to license cannabis retail stores and information on municipalities, particularly those in Halton, that have licensed stores.
