Cannabis one year update report

After one year of the Province licensing retail cannabis stores, Council will be reviewing its decision to opt-out of allowing cannabis retail stores in Oakville. Council has asked for an update on Cannabis legislation, and on municipalities that have licensed stores, to assist them with this decision. This information will be provided in a staff report going to Council on March 2, 2020.
