Advisory Committees and Boards

Who is eligible?

Applicants must be a resident of Oakville, unless otherwise outlined in the Terms of Reference.

Council invites you to become a member of an advisory committee or board to help achieve our vision to be the most livable town in Canada. 

We have a number of advisory committees and boards for Oakville residents of all abilities to participate on and share their expertise and experience on matters that impact the community. We are looking for volunteers interested in promoting and strengthening the diversity and inclusiveness of our town.

At this time, opportunities to join a committee are closed. Please check back regularly for any new openings.

  • Number of citizen positions: up to six
  • Meeting time: quarterly meetings at 4 p.m.
