Description
Proposed five single-storey employment buildings on 4.75 hectares (11.74 acres) of land with no outdoor storage. Proposed uses will consist of light industrial and office. The primary facades of Buildings 'A' and 'D' have been designed and sited to provide an appropriate interface with the residential area to the south. Glazing has been maximized along street frontages and main parking areas. The architectural treatment of all five buildings are complementary of each other. Parking along the frontage will be heavily screened with landscaping. There are three full-moves vehicular access points which are aligned with local roads on the south side of Loyalist Trail. Loading areas are blocked from public view and garbage rooms are all internal.
