Description

The proposed development provides for the demolition of the 2-storey office and retail building at 1226 White Oaks Boulevard and its replacement with a new 20-sotorey rental apartment building containing 203 new rental units. The existing 12-storey apartment building at 1230 White Oaks Boulevard and 16-storey apartment building at 350 Lynnwood Drive will be maintained, while the parking structure at the northeast corner of the site will be demolished and replaced by a landscape open space area. The existing parking in the parking structure and portions of the existing surface parking area along the westerly limit of the site will be replaced by a new, two-level underground parking garage that will serve residents of both the existing buildings and the new building.
