Status
Approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal. Case numbers OLT-22-002119 and OLT-22-002120 for a 10 storey mixed use building.
Settlement Offer
Council will be considering a settlement offer at the Planning and Development Council Meeting on May 2, 2022. The offer includes two options (a 10 storey option and a 13 storey option) and is without prejudice to the ability of the applicant to seek approval of the original 15 storey building if the matter goes to a hearing.
